There's a few things which might be causing issues with our emails not being delivered into your inbox.
Check to make sure our emails aren't being delivered to your junk folder. To do this, find your junk folder in your email account and look for an email from 'Health Service Discounts'. If you see one then click on it and select 'add to safe senders'. If you encounter problems with this, try this guide.
Check to see if you have unsubscribed from our emails. Log into our website and if you see a pop-up similar to the below image, click yes.
Email addresses change quite frequently, so it's worth checking we have you registered under the correct address. To do this, click on 'My Account' from the top of our website, or click here and check the details we have for you.
